for The New Business-Seminar

A binding registration is made by written notification of the desire to participate via online booking, fax, e-mail or letter. The seminar place is only confirmed once the full participation fee has been received by the organizer.

In accordance with the KSCHG, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of concluding the contract. This does not apply to events that begin within these 14 calendar days of concluding the contract.

If the customer cancels a booking, it must be notified in writing by post, fax or email and confirmed by the organizer. The customer has to pay 14 or more days before the seminar begins the processing fee per person of € 100,-. For cancellations made 13 days or up to 6 days before the seminar starts 50% of the seminar fee will be charged. For cancellations made 5 or less days before the start of the seminar or in case of no-shows on the day of the event, the full fee will be charged. Of course, the customer may nominate a replacement participant.

The organizer of the New Business Seminar reserves the right to cancel seminars for important reasons (e.g. illness, insufficient number of participants, etc.) and to make changes to the seminar location, seminar date and seminar speakers. In the event of seminar cancellations or postponements, we cannot reimburse any expenses incurred (e.g. tickets, room bookings, etc.). In this case, the seminar fee paid by the participant will be refunded or, upon request, a credit note will be issued by the organizer.

Reservation and booking of travel arrangements (airline tickets, train tickets, etc.) as well as accommodation and meals: seminar participants are responsible for this themselves and must bear the costs themselves. No claims for compensation can be made if the seminar is cancelled.

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Steyr, Austria. For consumers, the statutory provisions apply.
